How do I return my order?

60-day money back guarantee: All Returns must be received within 60 days of receipt

We Hope you love your Boundery product. However, if you're not completely satisfied, you can return merchandise within 60 days of purchase.

1. Contact customer service at info@boundery.com and a return authorization number (RMA) will be assigned to you, $ 7.50 will be deducted from your refund.


2. To mail by the carrier of your choice, please print your order and/ or shipping confirmation email include it with your return.

Once we receive the return, if it’s indeed postmarked within the 60 day period and the product is returned undamaged and unopened, we will provide you with a full refund for the price you paid for the purchase, not including the initial cost of shipping. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs. 

Canceling order immediately after purchase or before it has been shipped

2. Include the following on the subject of your email.


3. Cancellation request: Your order number in the body of your email.


4. List of units that you want to remove from your order.


5. First and last name used to place the order and your phone number.

How do I cancel my order after it has been shipped?

The package will have to be declined upon delivery from postman and request that it is Returned to Sender.


1. Once you have declined the delivery, contact customer service: info@boundery.com from the email address you provided when you placed your order.


2. Include the following on the subject of your email:

      * Confirmation that you have Returned to Sender (RTS)

      * Refund request and YOUR order number.


3. In the body of your email include the first and last name found in the original order and your phone number.


4. A refund will be issued within four days upon receipt of the package.

How long will it take to receive a refund?

There will be an email to confirm that your refund has been issued by Boundery.

It can take 10+ days to appear on your statement if it takes longer please contact your bank for assistance.
